The special rate shown on this page is only applicable if the reservation is made through the On-line Registration and Accommodation. Shuttle bus will be provided for those who stay at the Howard Plaza Hotel and the Green World Hotel - Nankang. Bus from the Howard Plaza Hotel departs at 08:00 a.m.; bus from the Green World Hotel - Nankang departs at 08:40 a.m. during the Conference period.

Notes for Hotel Reservation:
- Reservations are made on first-come-first-served basis. Shuttle bus between designated hotels and venue will be provided.
- Reservations will be confirmed upon receipt of check in/ out date and credit card guarantee by 15 February 2022. Thereafter, reservations can only be confirmed subject to room availability.
- The credit card guarantee is required for Howard Plaza Hotel and Green World Hotel. You will NOT be charged for the hotel fare at this moment. You will be charged by the hotel directly upon check-out.
- Please also pay attention to the cancellation policy of each hotel. In the case of no-show, a fee equal to one-night rate will be charged. Notification of hotel cancellation should be sent in writing to the Ms. Stella Shen at stella.shen@twgrid.org .
