User Training Workshop for NSTCCore Computing Service 2025

我們將於 2025 年 4 月10日 (星期四) 與腦神經科學研究中心合辦設施服務使用者訓練工作坊，誠摯邀請各大專院校及研究機構參加。
以下是本次workshop的主題說明。
以 NSTCCore 核心計算服務內容的介紹為主，包含
1. 高效能計算服務內容介紹
介紹資源現況、ASGC Computing服務及儲存服務的內容，及使用者應用實例展示。
2. 高效能計算的基礎實作訓練
- 介紹各計算服務的基礎操作，包含SLURM和DiCOSApp，提供Batch mode和SaaS計算使用需求。
- 介紹資料儲存服務介紹和操作。

- 本次實作訓練以講員講解的方式，學員們若想同步練習，請先行完成服務帳號註冊（說明如下）。另外需自備筆電，並安裝Putty或其他終端機軟體。

The 2nd User Training Workshop for NSTCCore Computing Service 2025
(This is a joint workshop with NVIDIA BioNeMo Protein Design Workshop. Please refer for more information )
We are pleased to invite you to attend this exclusive upcoming workshop!

The high-performance computing(HPC) & storage service of Core Facility for Networking Science, Technology and advanced Computing (NSTCCore) is funded by National Science and Technology Council (NSTC) and executed by ASGC.
It will be a 90-mins workshop and the agenda is listed as below.
1. SLURM & DiCOSApp Computing & Storage Service: Introduction
We will introduce current resources status, ASGC computing & storage services, including policy, pricing and service and show some use case demonstrations as well.
2. SLURM & DiCOSApp Computing & Storage Service: Hands-on
- Hands-on Demonstration of SLURM and DiCOSApp computing tasks for both batch and SaaS mode.
- Hands-on Demonstration of Data Services manipulations and data transfer.
All participants are welcomed to bring up your requirements or questions. We are happy to meet and discuss with you in this workshop.

- Hands-on sessions will be given by presenters' demonstrations. If you're interested in practice at the same, please register your account before joining our workshop (see the instructions below). Besides, please bring your own laptop/tablet with a installed terminal tool (Putty or other terminal toolkits).
