How to find the session you want and linked room?
In the timetable you will be able to find which room is linked to which session.
You will find the URLs of each conference room listed below for your information.
Please, open the link related to the Zoom room associated to the session you want to attend. You can use the PASSCODE which has already been made available by e-mail earlier. Should you have not received the password please contact Stella and Vicky.

What system do you need to join the conference?
All sessions will rely on Zoom system. For the best and safest experience, ensure you have the latest version of the client installed.
How can you join the conference if you DO NOT want to download Zoom system on your device?
You can join the conference by clicking the option, “join from your browser”, on your screen when after you open the conference room link.
If you want to test if your connection works fine?
Join this Zoom testing room available at 12:00-14:00 CET (UTC+1), Tuesday (16 March) and Wednesday (17 March), and Thursday (18 March).
Can you join by phone?
Yes, you can. To join by phone, choose your preferred phone number, use the Meeting ID related to the Zoom room you want to access and the password provided with the email earlier from Stella.
