Title
Performant Perimeter Security: A Foundation for Data Intensive Science
Abstract
The capability of a high performance network perimeter is critically dependent on its security design. This presentation will cover best practices for designing high performance networks that can be operated safely while delivering the performance that modern science demands. In addition, real-world examples of the impact of high performance design on science workflows will be described, including the use of HPC and Cloud systems.
